How do I receive my payment?

All payments are processed through PayPal Goods & Services, ensuring both buyer and seller protection. Safe and secure—just the way it should be! 

We’re here to get you paid today!  Our sales process typically takes 10-20 minutes, and once you accept our offer, your payment will be sent within minutes.

Our chat representative will personally assist you with ticket validation, the transfer or shipping process, and ensure you get paid immediately. In some cases, if our fraud prevention checks require it, you may need to transfer or send your ticket(s) before receiving payment.

At the moment, Paypal is the only payment method we use as it offers buyer and seller protection. But it’s a breeze to set up a new account if you don’t have one!

Yes, PayPal charges $0.30 + 2.9% per transaction. A small price to pay for secure and protected payments!

This usually happens when a payment is “unclaimed” in PayPal. To claim it, click the link in the payment alert email you received.

To issue a refund, follow these steps on PayPal’s desktop site:

  1. Click “Activity” at the top of the page.
  2. Select the payment you want to refund.
  3. Click “Refund this payment.”
  4. Enter the refund amount (a full refund is recommended to reverse PayPal’s fees), then click Continue.
  5. Review the details and click “Issue Refund.”

That’s it! Your refund will be processed through PayPal.
