How do I know if my tickets are transferable?
Most tickets can be transferred through Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Flashseats, AXS, and other major platforms. To check:
- Open your ticket in your account.
- Look for a “Transfer” or “Send to a Friend” option.
If you don’t see it, no worries! We can often accept E-tickets and Mobile QR tickets via screenshots. Reach out to our chat reps, and we’ll help you figure it out!
My transfer says it's pending—what does that mean?
This simply means we haven’t accepted your tickets yet. No worries! We’ll process the transfer as soon as possible.
My tickets do not have a transfer option—what do I do?
If your tickets are electronic, you may still be able to send us the PDF or a Mobile QR screenshot via email.

I transferred my tickets, but Ticket Closers has not received them—what do I do?
- Double-check that the email and name were entered correctly.
- If everything looks correct, try completing the transfer on a computer instead of a mobile device—mobile transfers can sometimes have errors.

I only have hard copy tickets—can I still sell them?
Yes! We do purchase hard copy tickets and wristbands, usually a few days before the event to allow for shipping time.
