How do I sell my tickets?

  • Not ready? No worries! You can always return later for an updated offer. No harm, no foul.

Nope! We buy tickets outright from sellers—no need to create a listing or wait for a buyer.

  • How it works: We’ll make you an offer. If you accept, we’ll send payment before you transfer or ship your tickets.
  • No risk: If we can’t resell your ticket, that’s on us—you still keep the money!

If the event is canceled (not postponed), we require a refund of our payment.

The good news? As the original ticket purchaser, you’ll get a refund from the primary ticketing service (Ticketmaster, Frontgate, AXS, etc.), even if the ticket was transferred to us.

In return, we ask for a refund of the amount we paid you—this allows us to refund the fan who purchased from us. Everyone walks away even!

Typically, nothing! As long as your ticket is still valid for the new date, the sale stands. 

However, if the primary ticketing site reissues new tickets (usually when the venue changes), you’ll receive an email with the updated ticket. If that happens, just reach out to us and let us know!
